Why is my friend so upset about being band from a bar?

We were drinking a lot, then things got crazy and we decided to call the weather man to see if it would snow. We have been to this bar a lot, so we were locals. Me and my buddies decided to build a snow man in the bathroom. It was my turn to plow that snow, then I came out and still had that snow cone in my pocket. I was question by a bouncer, never recognized him before, so probably undercover bouncer. They question me about it, but of course I denied everything, then two bouncers search the bathroom. After that they told us to leave and not come back for a few months. I was like what a relieve. We both had stuff on us that not. If that would have been a cop or under cover cop, We all would have been searched and arrested. My buddy was so upset about being band and I was just happy I didn't land in prison.
