I'm replacing a piston and rebuilding the head of a 98 olds Achieva. need torgues and whatever else 2 b done

help I'm gong broke trying to fix my 98 olds achieva 2.3 liter i think can anyone tell me the torgues for the head bolts and maybe firing order and any thing else that needs to be done in the right order when putting it back together? I would so appreciate any help or internet direction to find it
