Sore, tender . Possible reasons besides pregnancy?

Alright so here's the deal: I started my last period on February 24. I ended on the 1st and my boyfriend and I had on the 2nd. I guess he thought I was still on so my period so he didn't pull out. Really dangerous, I know. On the 10th of March I came down with a virus and subsequently got pretty sore, tender s. They also grew a cup size and I notice veins I never saw before. The virus is gone but I've remained with the sore and my are a little more sensitive. I've never had tender s for this long but I'm 22 so maybe I'm going through hormonal changes. I know I could be pregnant also but I think the sore might have come to early if they were a symptom. Any ideas?
