Is this a lump of fat?

I'm not sure what this is but if I push with some pressure between my thigh were the underwear line is i can feel what feels like fat. sometimes i can feel it and sometimes i can't. i tend to freak out a lot in I think something is wrong with me. Like i said the are isn't discolored and the thing is the size of a pea or even a little smaller. I'm terrified. I don't know what to do. It feels like fat. It's not hard is kinda squishy and most of the time i can't feel it. it doesn't hurt at all either. Someone help. I'm really scared.
