Welllll. im not sure if he likes me?

okay. so theres this guy i like and idk if he likes me. he used to like me and his friend told me alot and it was like off and on. but recently i think he did something to hurt one of my friends and i still kind of like him. im not sure though. when he did def. like me he would bother me and say things like hi and i know where you live blah blah blah. and a few days ago i told his friend to tell him to leave me alone cuz i was really mad (which i regret) and now he only looks at me and smiles and his best friend likes me too and he talks to his friend about me. like leaving cl and stuff. and when he liked me for sure i would respond to him rudely because it was kind of annoying but i still sorta liked him and now im not sure if he likes me or if i like him....help?
