Why is it when I seal smoke in a bottle, it disappears?

I got bored one day, so i decided to fill 2 of my gl bottles wih insent smoke, as soon as i filled them up, seale them off, and stuck them on th shelf, within 30 minutes, all the smoke was gone. what causes this????
