Should the U.S. pull out of Iraq if so how and when if not then why?

I know that this question has been posed quite a few times but i think that the whole reinstating the draft puts a new spin on it.I mean the Dem. were voted in because they were going to get us outa' Iraq and now they are talking about a draft kinda contradictory?
