False accusation of stealing?

so today i was at rite aid and i purchased about 4 makeup items- 2 lipsticks, a bronzer and a cream eyeliner. i went with 2 of my friends and i am 17 years old. My two friends then wanted ice cream so we went to get thrify ice cream counter after i purchased my 4 items, but we were still in the same store. I got curious while they were buying their ice cream and i wanted to test out the new eyeliner i had just bought. We left the store around 5 minutes after. Right before the 3 of us left the store, a lady nearby dropped the chips she was holding and came storming torwards us. She then pushed us with her body to get back inside the store, took the eyeliner that i was holding and told me rudely and harshly to go to the back with her. I was trying to explain that i had PURCHASED the item but she wouldn't let me finish and kept on pushing me with her body and still telling me to leave the store. after i had explained myself that i had purchased the item, she did not once say sorry. Instead she b!tched at me that i shouldnt be opening products inside the store because it '' makes her job harder'. i didnt even look at her because i felt very insulted that she didnt even say sorry after she found out that i had PURCHASED the items. then she left. But then i thought about it and i thought it was her fault for not saying sorry right? like i understand that she would confuse me with buying things but after she finds out that i purchased it, should she say sorry instead of telling me that its making her job harder? She also told me not to open the products in the store next time -_-
