Britain has an epidemic of what should be called 'breeders'?

those that procreate for the hell of it without the means necessary to look after their offspring. This is why crime levels are rising and overcrowding is apparent. Children are loosing their identity cause theres so ******* many of them!! Its like... look over there just another spoilt kid. 20 years ago people would look and say aaaww such a lovely boy or whatever. Also is it me or are kids getting uglier???
